The forum officially kicks off with opening remarks from Lisa Fues, Chairman of the OpenTravel Board, and a preview of exciting changes in the works from OpenTravel’s marketing consultant, Lindsay Kelso. Our keynote speakers will provide insights into technology trends facing the travel industry. First, Cindy Estis Green, CEO and Co-Founder of Kalibri Labs, will speak on “Demystifying the Digital Marketplace,” followed Dr. Deborah McGuinness, PhD, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and McGuinness Associates, with “Ontologies, Knowledge Graphs, and Next Generation Search.”

This afternoon we take a deeper dive into the world of schema with Brad Brewer, Brewer Digital Marketing Founder & CEO, and learn how OpenTravel is enabling the future with the 2.0 object model solution. Dave Hollander, Travelport Services Architect, will provide a deep dive into 2.0 and how it will directly improve your business. The afternoon concludes with an interactive panel discussion on impacts to travel distribution as we know it.
Evening at Epcot: IllumiNations Viewing Party

You won’t forget this magical evening at Epcot to view IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth! The evening begins when a private motorcoach escorts you backstage at Epcot directly to the Italy pavilion. Next, pose your questions to a panel of experts about how to adopt and implement the 2.0 object model solution. Finally, listen is as Steve Livezy, Sr. Enterprise Architect, Travelport, discusses how to prepare for an object oriented future and gives us more details on the hackathon lite.
